Homosexuality is a Crime Because God Says So

In a highly contested move the government of Uganda considers a bill that provides specific penalties for homosexual crime.
It’s about time someone clearly punishes deviance as the criminal activity it is…

Mr. Mahati, homosexuality against any person is a crime, regardless of their age.

In 1 Corinthians 6:9 God tells us that those who practice homosexuality will not inherit the kingdom of God. So why does the US keep bowing to the lies of homosexual groups, that make up less than 2% of this nation, with their errant claims that such deviant behavior is normal, not a sin? Why have our world’s nations altogether decided the Bible is no longer true and that sexual sin is now a right? Well hopefully Uganda gets it right.

Dr. Warren Throckmorton, associate professor of psychology at Grove City College in Pennsylvania, couldn’t be more correct that “American Christians need to step up and speak now.” But American Christians should speak out in favor of what Mr. Bahati proposes. Not, as this esteemed psycho-babbler proposes here.
I applaud the government of Uganda, albeit reservedly (because of their country’s horrific record of human rights abuses). The very idea an African nation is taking what are apparently necessary steps to stem the militant tide of homosexuality in their nation, despite the outcry of the godless of this world, causes me to consider their actions wise.
It’s too bad we don’t have Mr. Bahati in our government.
ChristianNewsWire.com reports the gruesome details on why Ugandans consider this bill at all, “Ugandan citizens report a growing number of foreign homosexual men coming to their country to turn desperately poor young men from the slums into their personal houseboys, and that some girls in public schools have been paid to recruit others into lesbianism. Foreign interests have exerted intense pressure on Uganda’s government to compromise its laws regarding sexual morality, often using their control over foreign aid funding for leverage….” The Death Penalty in Uganda, Dr. Scott Lively, www.defendthefamily.com
Unfortunately even Dr. Lively gets the conclusion wrong, “In my view, homosexuality (indeed all sex outside of marriage) should be actively discouraged by society — but only as aggressively as necessary to prevent the mainstreaming of alternative sexual lifestyles, and with concern for the preservation of the liberties of those who desire to keep their personal lifestyles private.”
The point, Dr. Lively, is that no one’s opinion matters, only God decides on what is true. Don’t believe that serpent lie about good and evil, Doctor, the truth is not subject to any individual’s interpretation but God’s.
The perverse embracing of Homosexuality in the USA is in direct violation of God’s Law.
The Bible shows homosexuality, left unchecked, results in deviates attempting to force themselves on others. Remember the history of Sodom and Gomorrah? Read the Bible yourself for the accounts of their demise, at the hand of God Himself. Yahweh had good reason…
“Now the men of Sodom were exceedingly wicked and sinners against Yahweh. ” (WEB, Genesis 13:13)
Their sin of homosexuality was against God!
So when did Americans decide God is the liar and man true?
Do you know what happens on “Gay Pride Day” in California? Frank Pastore of “the Frank Pastore Show” on KKLA out of Los Angeles explains that year’s event resulted in deviant sexual behavior being conducted in public, in full view of the children present for the Folsom Street Fair. The only arrests at such homosexual events are those of the Christians brave enough to dare preach the truth about the sin of homosexuality to the passersby. (Source – www.RepentAmerica.com).
When your government calls evil good then you have an apostate nation.
Welcome to the present state of the USA.
So what can you do, Christian? How do help turn the tide in your nation? Do you picket? Do you call your congressmen incessantly until they do what you ask? Do you vote out the ungodly and in God Honoring men and women? Do you respond online with Biblical responses on social sites? Do you get involved and stand for Jesus in every event you can?
All of the above and more… and you do so as you preach the Gospel, without reservation.
Yet, apparently, some professing Christians, supposing themselves to be Pastors in Christianity, believe Uganda is making a mistake???

Rick Warren should be encouraging the government of Uganda to stand strong against homosexual sin, not telling them to be as spineless as the USA!
Christian, you must let your Biblically informed conscience cause you to act (did you get that?). The incorrect understanding of the “Wall of Separation” protecting the Church from the Government, which our Constitution in the USA affords, was never intended to be used to prevent Christians from engaging the halls of our responsible government with Bible based principles.
Don’t let un-Constitutional “Hate Crime” law stop you from speaking the truth about homosexuality
NOTHING is more important than the preaching of the Gospel on the streets of this nation. And the preaching of the Gospel requires a preparation with the Law of God. Speaking the truth about homosexual sin is part of that preparation. GO and preach the Gospel to everyone!
