Will the Fairness Doctrine apply to NPR as Well?

Will the “Fairness Doctrine” apply to N.P.R. as well?

How exactly will this “fairness” be determined? …and by whom?

Many times I have heard, since this stolen election, that we can expect a “fairness doctrine” to be implemented that will require “Conservative” radio talk show hosts, like Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin, to pay for equal time to host an equal amount of time to “alternative” viewpoints.

Is this the beginning of the thought police? Is the “Hate Crime” bill next that will make Christianity and the Bible “hate speech”? How exactly will those slated to oversee enactment of such a “fairness” law determine what is an alternate to the views being espoused? Will they now define for the listeners of talk radio what “conservative” and “liberal” means? Will this committee of Congressmen even use such terms? Or will they use classifications like “logical”, “common sense” and “sensible” to be the opposite of conservative’s “illogical, unreasonable and insensible” viewpoints? Or will the definitions instead fall down religious terms? Will these thought police define what religion is for us poor citizens too stupid to know what to think? Will they let atheists define the
terms?

The last time I checked N.P.R., “National Public Radio”, has a single viewpoint on their programming, 24-7. That network of “public” broadcasting stations rant the most foul, leftist, rabid, anti-Christ ranting, “femi-nazi” garbage  (to borrow a phrase from an honorable citizen I have great respect for) that I have ever heard come out of a radio host. Will N.P.R. then, under the “Fairness Doctrine”, be required to slot half of their day for the “alternative” conservative views to what they usually send out on their radio stations?

Will Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Todd Friel and such noted Pastors as John Piper and John MacArthur get free time slots globally to counter the liberal shows under the “Fairness Doctrine” laws?

I very seriously doubt it.

It’s always a once-sided attempt when a liberal tries to stop the voices of conservatives with legislation. Conservative talk radio has stopped cold, many times, Liberal attempts in Congress to surreptitiously pass their socialist laws when the people “weren’t lookin’”. Many times I have heard, and been a part of, shows like Mark Levin and Rush Limbaugh that have called on their listeners to swamp their representatives to prevent signing into law legislation that would have been very bad for America . And I was very proud every time we did. THAT is America.

What this “Fairness Doctrine” will do is to TAKE AWAY YOUR RIGHT TO FREE EXPRESSION! Liberals will only use this “Fairness Doctrine” to squelch opposition to their socialist designs. Don’t let them. Stop them. CALL YOUR CONGRESSMEN. Overturn the socialist agenda at every opportunity. Stay alert and reject all such attempts like the “Fairness Doctrine” and the “Hate Crime Bill” and the heinous and Godless “Freedom of Choice Act” (which will destroy in one law all Pro-Life Law leaving the door open to millions of more murdered children in the name of selfishness). ALL such laws are an attempt at trying to stop the voice of freedom in America and the world. Such laws strike at the very heart of  the freedoms we all hold so dear.

Don’t let such legislation as the “Fairness Doctrine” pass, EVER.
Reagan knew what he was doing.

Keep the “Fairness Doctrine” in the can, where it belongs.

I am a Christian who soundly believes in putting his faith into action whenever and wherever, thanks partly to JanetPorter and RayComfort! But, more importantly than their great efforts at defending the faith and equipping the faithful to Godly action, we look to Jesus, our Savior and God.

We THANK JESUS for our nation and for our freedoms.

So do that, thank Jesus for our nation by staying involved and not letting our liberty get flushed under anyone’s rule, “liberal”, “libertarian”, “Constitutional” or “conservative”.

Let your freedom go only at your death.

I’ve taken the good person test and realize I need a savior (and I give out Living Waters tracts on a regular basis). on another note, I like the Democrat economics even though this country does allow some things that are not God’s ways, just like every other country in this sinful world. Many people in America don’t have good parents that will take care of them, many children have criminal parents, those people sitting in jail often have kids or will eventually, and many neglect them. I have extended relatives in this situation that I’ve had to report for child abuse, so sometimes we need public programs to help people that have no other support and don’t have the education resources to learn much better for themselves. It seems you just like to say it is “socialist” so you can bring out the old communist fears. You don’t have to be scared of the government Patrick. Be scared of the neighbors who are going to try to rape your kids and give them drugs at school and at their houses when your kids are there unsupervised. Yes evangelism has a big part and prayers too, and those who reject God, we can at least keep trying to reach out to them with government resources because those people are still going to be our neighbors and in our prison systems if we just ignore them and call everything socialist. public programs do make a difference to help people, we don’t have to just ignore them and say oh well they aren’t a christian too bad for them. love your enemies do good

Let’s stop kidding ourselves about whether God loves those who reject His Son. He clearly hates those who would refuse the mercy His own son was TORTURED to provide. The problem with your tirade Mas is that Jesus did indeed love people.

I love vegetables. I hate brussel sprouts. Do these statements conflict? No, obviously not. The Bible says that God loved the world, but the Bible also says He hates those who “work iniquity”, those who continue sinning. This is not a contradiction.
Jesus will see those that refuse His mercy cast into Hell. All Heaven will rejoice over those sinners getting their due, for God’s love will be vindicated.

The Bible says that God hates all who sin. Only an insane person believes God loves people like Stalin and Hitler and Jeffrey Dahmer.

You do NOT believe in fairness. You would not like it at all if God were fair.
Take this test and make sure you are who you think:

Patrick, you mention several people in your article. These people, and you for that matter, are hateful and judgemental. If Jesus were here on earth today, He would not be listening to so-called conservatives. No, He would be down on Bourbon street ministering to the hurting and suffering. You also mention things like “stolen election” etc. I am a christian and I believe in fairness. I believe in loving and accepting people for they are God’s creation. I love people and hate sin. Stop using the mighty name of Jesus for your own personal radical beliefs. Love…don’t hate. Be like Jesus, don’t misuse His name.

    In Christ,

    Mas
