PA Judge Nixes Deviant ‘Marriage’ (OneNewsNow.com)

Same-sex ‘marriage’ is not a ‘fundamental right’, ruled a county Judge in Pennsylvania against sexual deviates trying to re-write the law through public coercion.
“Courts should be reluctant to identify a right as fundamental when not clearly required by the Constitution or established precedent. A court who finds a fundamental right where none exists bypasses the legislative process and denies the people a voice in effecting social policy, in essence, trumping democracy by judicial fiat.” -Berks County Pennsylvania Judge Scott Lash
The tactic used by the lesbian women in this story, as reported by OneNewsNow.com reporters Butts and Brown, is a ploy used by the homosexual lobby when the public is against them. This comes right from their playbook.
The deviate activists will attempt to divorce, or have some other legal action that will require the courts’ recognition of their ‘marriage” for the judge to make a ruling. The idea is to scare the Judge into complicity to their deviant will. The activists expect the judge to be so concerned about how his career would be affected by not classifying ‘same-sex’ marriage as a legally protected interpretation of existing marriage Law, that they thereby succeed in setting a weak but usable precedent for similarly morally challenged Judges to use as their legal crutch to make more rulings with, thus setting a real precedent with case-law – all without the slightest change in the legislation.
Those spineless Judges can then talk very loudly about how they were ‘just’ to ‘everyone’, keeping their jobs. Of course, the idea is to move up in the Judiciary tree, until you are one of those ill-conceived term Supreme Court Judges, that twist Law to say whatever their whims desire.
I’ve always found the case-law establishment process of CHANGING the literal understanding of existing Law, without legislation, is, at best, a house of cards; at worst, blatantly un-Constitutional.
Judge Lash did well to not cave to such tactics. We need more Judges like him, who will stand on the Constitution and not prevailing attitudes. UN-fortunately his own comments makes it clear he believes “precedent” is able to trump Law. [Where in the Bible does God say man can change His Law, Judge?]
Our Constitutions, both State and Federal, are NOT ‘living’ documents and cannot be, MUST NOT BE, re-interpreted by each generation to say what they want. Law is not subject to opinion or prevailing morays; GOD decides what is right and wrong. Man is in blasphemous error to attempt to interpret His commands as anything but literal. (Not too long ago Judges had Bibles on their bench that they would turn to if there was any question not clearly stated in man’s laws. MY, how we have fallen.)
The other disagreement I have with Judge Lash is his comment that we are a democracy. NO! God save us from that!
The United States of America, and thus each State, is a Republic government. Ideally, men are elected to govern under each State’s Constitution by their Biblically informed consciences. Nothing else will do well; Any other arrangement will go badly. We’ve seen it too often. But I still say, “Ya done good”, to Judge Lash.
We must meet the un-repentant, that would have tyranny prevail, at every turn, for, Jefferson was right:
“Resistance to Tyrants is Obedience to God.”
Vote; Remain vigilant; Stay active in all government as their over-seers. Make sure our elected officials Honor God in every judgment.
There is only ONE United States of America. We must not let this nation FAIL.
And, as ever, preach the Gospel at every opportunity.
If you have ever lied, stolen, or lusted, Judge Lash, then you are a liar, a thief and an adulterer at heart. That’s what the Bible says about all of us; that we are sinners in need of saving.
